Hello, I'm gonna buy a new CORSAIR HX SERIES HX650 V2 650W and I'm not sure if it will fit in my Cooler Master K380,

Yes, the PSU is for an ATX case so It will fit.

Just being an ATX psu doesn't prove it will fit when it's 200mm long. However, I've looked at pictures of the interior of the K380, and it will have no trouble fitting a long psu like that.
