[SOLVED] will this psu hurt my rtx or cpu ?

It looks like a nice fire starter, could use it in my forge.

You will definitely have problems, it's also 550w, not 650w. One of those scummy units that add up the minor and major rails together to make the wattage seem higher,

It being bronze literally means nothing. The efficiency has no impact on quality, it may just be fake entirely, who knows.

*Protection: UVP,OVP,OPP,OCP,SCP
*Safety: FCC, CE, TUV, RoHS, RCM

and searched for some reviews most of them good ones , i really need a new pc asap and only can get that with budget

Unless the reviews were professional ones with proper load testing equipment and an oscilloscope, reviews mean jack.

If you really need a pc, maybe you should reconsider this build and put some money into the psu.

UVP,OVP,OPP,OCP,SCP
There are many psu's out there that claim protection but don't exist or actually set properly.
