I have a corsair cx 430 Watt power supply I just bought a month ago at microcenter. Will I have any problems using a amd fx 8320 and a gtx 750 ti ftw. I will also have a Samsung 840 Evo 120gb ssd a DVD cd rw disc drive and 8 gb of g skill sniper series ram. And the motherboard is a Asus m5a97 r2.0

Solution
A GeForce GTX 750ti needs at least 20 amps on the 12v rail and a 400 watt power supply.

Your all set , it's more than enough power. :D

The CX430 has 32 amps on the 12v rail more than enough power for your specs.

PCI-Express Connector
1 x 6+2-Pin

And your supply has the required PCIE power connection.

So even with the 8320 drawing 125 watts and I think the 750 ti draws 85 I have used calculators but none have the 750 listed. And the 750ti does require a 6 pin connector since it is the ftw edition.

Thanks for the help I haven't had any problems after having the computer running for almost 40.hours. I even played crysis 3 for a couple of hours but no random shutdowns. I do plan to upgrade to a 600watt because I want to get an h60 a 1 tb hdd and a more powerful graphics card later
