Will this PSU run the system?

So the PSU is a SeaSonic 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply and the system is a R9 270X, i5-3570K, Gigabyte mobo, a 1TB Toshiba HDD, 8GB RAM, etc.

Also, would it run two R9 270X if I update in the future?
