Will this PSU run this system?

Hey guys, I was curious if this PSU will run this system. I realize that the wattage is 374 on PCPartPicker, but I'm a first time builder so I'm not 100% sure on how much power this 500w psu gives out on max load. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wVmFHx

500/550W is the bare minimum i would go with that build. Do you plan on overclocking the CPU or GPU? you really should. I suggest a 620W PSU like the High current gamer series from Antec. but dont get a Corsair 600W CX builder, please.

Yea, that is a good idea. But if I have to go with that PSU, I'll be fine right? I've seen much more intense builds using a 500w psu. Like i5 Processors with GTX 770s plus extra fans and stuff.
