Will this PSU work for me?

I need to get a new power supply to work with all of my computer parts.

My Computer
My GPU
My CPU

and The PSU I'm looking at.

Can anybody help me know if the PSU will work for me? Thanks.

You don't need anywhere near 900 watts. I am using a 750 watt unit and I have a GTX 980 and an i7-4790K BOTH overclocked pretty heavily.

Otherwise it's too tight to work with.

Are you sure this will have enough watts for all of my parts? From the math that I did before I got around 800w but went 900w just to be safe.

But I'm still not sure if 750w is right for my PC, because the GPU itself is 600w and that leaves 150w for the rest of the system, to my understanding.
