They are roughly equal. With the RX480 coming out end of June you might want to wait.

Well i only got around 180-185 to spend and i found both at that price, but i want a card that wont stutter fps and will give the most out of the 185 dollars i have to spend and thats the best i found for 185.

And that RX 480 will be 200 i dont have that much to spend, i have a 185 max budget on a GPU.

Okay i made up my choice the R9 380 MSI Gaming 2GB gives about 3-6 FPS more so i will go with it and it is only 5 dollars more. Only thing is the AMD stutters more but its expected it is a AMD. But then some games the GTX 960 is better than the R9 380.
