Will THIS PSU work with MSI 560TI twin frozer II?

Common sense tells me it SHOULD work, very tightly though. I would appreciate the insight of an expert. Thanks Nvidia says it needs 30A and 500w to run. Please reply ASAP!

It should yes, but the quality of that PSU is questionable.

Absolutely questionable, my main concern is if the amperage of the psu would suffice that of the Card, which is 30, as you can see, the psu has 15a in 12v rail1 and 17a in rail 2 is that enough?? am i risk free?
