Will this PSU work with my build?

My new PC build keeps crashing. Some people have suggested it's the power supply that's causing the problem, mainly because it's multi-rail rather than single-rail. However, after looking it up online, many other suggest this is hardly a factor. It's also worth mentioning that the system I have listed on my profile was run flawlessly by this power supply.

So I'll leave it to the community - do you guys think the EVGA Supernova NEX650W 80+ Gold Certified PSU is enough to run the configuration below? If not, and you think it's causing the crashes, what PSU (preferably under $80, but under $100 will do) do you suggest?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Unfortunately this isn't an option given the crashes are occurring before I even have the chance to install windows. Windows 7 setup crashes, so I can't do any tests.

I can get into bios luckily, it's just booting windows that crashes the computer. I have tried one ram stick and that didn't work either.

Just bought a PSU that I've seen several other skylake builds use. A little painful for my wallet, as it was unplanned, but perhaps necessary. I'll update the thread with what will hopefully be my success. Thanks for your help!
