Will this psu work with my motherboard

Hi, i'm new to this forum, will this Psu http://ocz.com/consumer/psu/modxstream-pro-500w-700w-power-supply work with this motherboard http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3833#ov

I need to replace my comps psu with a new one so i can use my new graphics card, my older psu has enough watts but it doesn't have an external wire to connect to my gtx 550 for extra power, this is my first time replacing a power supply so any tips would be great. Thanks

Don't buy an OCZ power supply , they are currently in bankruptcy , you might not get warranty support.

Well i already have the psu (Brother gave it to me) but is it compatible with my motherboard btw its 700 watts
