Will this PSU Work with my setup?

Okay. So lately I have been having some PSU issues and am looking to buy a new one. I came across the Corsair GS700, and am wondering if it will work with my setup.

I have a Nvidia GTX 560 SE, 8GB Ram and an Asus P7H55-M motherboard with just 2 regular hard drives.. I need to know if it will have all the connectors and stuff to power my rig.
