Will this PSU work with this Motherbaord

Will a:

Corsair TX650M be compatible with a
ASRock X399 Taichi?

The Taichi has a 8 pin for the cpu which the PSU has but the Taichi also has a 4 pin VRAM and i'm just not certain if the PSU has the extra 4 Pins.

I don't believe so. A seasonic focus 650 watt will.
