Im doing a new build and im getting all the parts except PSU because they are out of stock on the one I want at my local store. Will my old PSU linked below be sufficient for about 3 weeks tops until i can get the second PSU linked. I will be running all components 100% stock until I get new PSU.

that is not the good cx series.
I would not risk my new parts with the old power supply unless you test it and verify that the voltages are all in spec. spec calls for voltage of rail plus or minus 5%.
3.3v +/- 5% 3.135V-3.465V
5V +/- 5% 4.75V-5.25V
12V +/- 5% 11.4-12.6V
