Will this ram be fine for gaming

I want to upgrade to 16gb ddr3
And I will be gaming don’t worry about the speed because 1333mhz is as fast as ram can go on my motherboard

In theory any DDR3 ram kits can drop into a board that supports DDR3 ram but in reality there are minor shifts within the rams manufacturing process and the layout of the IC's on a ram stick which can and will hamper the use of said ram kits. You should list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Also, mixing and matching rams are a bad practice and can only lead to more troubleshooting(and headaches).

there is no such thing as "gaming" RAM. same goes for motherboards, PSUs and any other component.
It's pure marketing BS to milk more money from unthinking majority.
if this RAM compatible with your system, it will work just fine.
