[SOLVED] Will this RAM fit in my motherboard?

It will "fit", but the motherboard only technically supports RAM speeds up to 2666.

So it will likely do either of these:

• Work but your RAM will downclock to 2666.
• Not work and your PC won't boot.

All ram will have a default 2133 or 2400 speed at which it will allow you to boot and select a higher speed in the bios.
You will "fit" ok, but your max speed will be 2666, not 3200.
Ir really matters little with intel processors.

Would probably be best to avoid any problems. The 3200 RAM should just run at 2666 but it can sometimes be a little difficult being as 3200 wouldn't have been tested on the board.

That and you can save the money!

Do you want the RGB bling?
What is your cpu cooler?
Such ram is extra tall and may not be compatible with some coolers.
Is budget any sort of an issue?
A basic 2 x 16gb lpx kit will work just as well in 2666 speed and cost less.
