Are you planning to fit all three sticks in the motherboard? Or just two sticks kit from Gskill ?

Only 2 sticks of ddr4 2400 with 16 go total capacity. You want to take a look at the cpu cooler, as long as it’s not blocking the ram slot, you are fine.
