Question Will this ram work at 3200mhz by default?

Hey so I want to buy new ram for my pc since my hp prebuilt motherboard can not enable xmp/docp, i bought 16gb at 3200mhz but they are stuck at 2133mhz since overclocking is disabled, the default ram it came with is this one https://ibb.co/w0h8hmX (2x4gb at 3200mhz showing up as 3200mhz) and i was wondering if this one https://www.amazon.com/-/es/Crucial-3200MHz-2933MHz-escritorio-CT2K8G4DFRA32A/dp/B08C53LL9J would run at 3200mhz by default too.

What model hp prebuilt is that?
What cpu do you have?

If motherboard of your pc doesn't support overclocking, then ram will run at speed determined by cpu.
It's quite possible, 2133mhz is max you can get on your system.

HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-1xxx
cpu: ryzen 5 4600g
the ram it came with was at 3200mhz by default, and if i switch it, it still detects it at 3200mhz.

Can you show screenshots from CPU-Z spd section with old and new ram?

Hmm, it's pretty difficuly to install the new ram cause I gotta take many parts away, including an hdd and ssd that kind of block the ram area, but in task manager it shows up at 3200mhz and with the ram im using right now, which is xmp, is at 2133mhz by default.

Task Manager is not a proper way for determining ram speed.
Use CPU-Z instead. Show screenshots.
