will this ram work fine with ny mobo?

2x512MB DDR OCZ PC-3500 (433MHz) Gold Edition, EL (Enhanced Latency), GX (Gamers Xtreme) Timings 2-2-2-5 (CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS)

and my mobo is this one
GA-8IG1000-G supporting 800FSB max

ram will work at 400?
and with no problem?

It should work, but it's best to buy the RAM from a vendor that guarantees the RAM will work with the board.
