Will this ram work ok in my motherboard?

Should work fine, maximum memory for your motherboard is 16GB.

Should though at 1066 or 1333, the mobo doesn't show support for 1600

"Supports Dual Channel DDR3 1600" it says on here-http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H61M-VS/?cat=Specifications but i dont see the option in the bios?

Maybe they done some tweaking via the BIOS, the H61 Chipset itself is rated to 1333 (1 stick per channel)

apparently you can use 1600 on this board with an ivy bridge cpu, i have sandy bridge.. guess i will return it when i comes in and order something else
