Question Will this ram work on my motherboard

I need to upgrade my ram to 8gb i have asus p5g41-m ddr2 and will kingston KVR800D2N6/4g will work on my mobo? Now i have goodram 2x2gb. I ask becouse all ddr2 2x4 gb ram is only for amd.

In many auctions in the description says that they don't work with intel. my mobo support UP to 8gb of ddr2 ram and i don't want to buy ram who won't work
