My friend had 4-5 year old laptop (Dell Latitude E5410) that he wanted me to look at. I did a clean Windows install, but it's still slow. Probably because it only has 1GB of RAM on Windows 7 32 bit lol.

Before I shop around, I remembered that I have my own sticks that might work:

The RAM that I am thinking about trying is: Kingston 2*2GB 2Rx8 PC3 10600S (DDR3-1333) DDR3 SODIMM 204 PIN

The laptop I want to put these RAM sticks in is a Dell Latitude E5410. Here's what I found in the Service Manual online:
Type DDR3 1333 MHz SDRAM
(operating at 1066 MHz)
Connectors two SODIMM slots
Module capacities 1 GB, 2 GB, and 4 GB
Minimum memory 1 GB
Maximum memory 8 GB
NOTE: Only 64-bit operating systems can detect
memory capacitites greater than 4 GB.

Most RAMs on the Newegg RAM Capability Checker says: 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Laptop Memory

I couldn't find anything regarding Voltages or Latency.

From my knowledge, it looks like they should work, but I am not sure since I've always used a capability checker to buy the exact RAM. I don't know what happens if I put in the bad RAM, and I don't want to find out anytime soon.

The page might take a minute to load, but here is all the RAM Newegg says are capable with the Dell Latitude E5410:

I looked through several, and they all had "1.5V". I haven't seen a "1.35V" yet.

You may be right that it may actually be 1.35V. One review for one of the RAMs, said it "cratered" their HP laptop even though Newegg's tool said it would've worked.

I'm not sure if this laptop is 1.35V or 1.5V. When I shop for "Dell Latitude E5410 RAM", it won't even have the voltage listed on the specifications.
