Question will this ram work with intel

No idea why. There was no necessity for any ddr3 to run intel/amd specifically. Earlier DDR2, yes as the high density ram was not good for Intels, but that was for lga775 time periods, but as of DDR3, no such restrictions.

The only thing that could possibly be a reason why is many Intel mobo's wouldn't seat an 8Gb stick in lga775, restricted to 4Gb per slot
