Will this RAM work with my existing RAM ?

Will it work with my existing stick of RAM if i replace one stick of 2gigs with this one ? I know it'll be brought down to 1333Mhz but will it work fine?

Your odds of success is less than 100%.
Ram is sold in kits for a reason.
A motherboard must manage all the ram using the same specs of voltage, cas and speed.
Ram from the same vendor and part number can be made up of differing manufacturing components over time.
Some motherboards, particularly AMD can be very sensitive to this.
This is more difficult when more sticks are involved.
That is why ram vendors will NOT support ram that is not bought in one kit.
It is safer to get what you need in one kit.

What is your plan "B" if it does not work?

Best to buy a kit of the capacity you need that is supported by your motherboard.
Look at the Kingston ram selection app for instance.
