The RAM i have in my computer now is an ADATA Premier Pro DDR3 1600MHz 8GB Memory Module and i wanna get another one to upgrade to 16gb of RAM. Everyone of these i try to find either is over 70 bucks or wont arrive until mid september. I found a RAM module that matches the ADATA. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006YG89Q6/ref=psdc_172500_t3_B004GV0INS

My question is that if i combine this with my current RAM will it work?

My MOBO is an ASROCK H81m-HDS and my CPU is an Xeon 1231v3

Not quite enough information. What are the vital stats on the Adata memory? Really need to match the timings and voltages to have any success. But with enough fiddling you can make most mis-matched pairs work, just not recommended.

Adding a 4GB stick would only get you 12GB, so maybe the wrong link?

I see plenty of DDR3 1600 2x8GB kits out there for $50 then you wouldn't have to worry about compatibility, just replace all the memory. That would be the safest way.
