Will this RAM work with my motherboard

So i am building a new PC and i previously had trouble when i last built one but i found out that the ram was not compatible and that is why it was not working, and when it didnt turn on i fixed that by replugging the power cable into the psu, but that is besides the case, what i need to know here and now is will 2x4GB 1333MHz Kingston DDR3 ram work with my i7-3770 and my Intel DH61CR (I know the i7-3770 needs bios 42 which means i will need to upgrade the bios with a different cpu which i have chosen the Pentium G840) So basically what i am asking is will this 2x4GB DDR3 Kingston 1333MHz work with an Intel DH61CR an Intel Core i7-3770 and will it work with the Pentium G840 while i upgrade the bios,

if the ram is on the support list of motherboard it will work with both cpu .

Yes it will work the RAM.
And the pentium chip should work.
