Will this ram work with this board

Yes, If you go to the Crucial web site and put in the motherboard it says that it is compatible.

1.65V will work in that board. Your particular kit may work fine, as long as it doesn't need more voltage than its spec requests. 1.65V is the max voltage spec for the socket.
