will this ram work with this motherboard?

hi guy i would like to know if this ram would work whit this motherboard. The ram's working on ddr3 1600 cl8. I'm also going to run with a amd fx 8320.

I had notice that in the list theres a gskill ram model whit number : F3-12800CL8D-8GBECO
and on the page that i would like to buy the ram its shows this, F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM
would that last letters change the model?
