no you dont need liquid the 212 evo will be fine though why are you getting 32 gb of ram?

Will you be overclocking the processor ? Even if you will, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is a decent enough cooler to suffice. I like all the components of your build..Looking excellent to me- great:

And take a look at the monitor I've replaced the Acer one with, since I assume you'd be using it as a secundary? I recommend the Dell for the price and the monitors will look better next to each other as they're both 24 inch.
