Will This Rig Run Arma 3 on low?

Bought my pc on Sunday got it built and tomorrow will be when ill have the time to play on it but can it run decent frames on low or stretch it to medium?
Specs: 8gb Crucial Ram
AMD FX-8350 4.0 ghz
AMD r9 270x gpu
