you didn't mention a resolution so im just gonna assume 1080p.

the hd 7700 chipset is close to your 750ti performance wise.
besides if you buy it on steam you can ask for a refund if you system fails to run the game.

yes that will run it not sure about max settings 60FPS though, my amd fx8350 4.33Ghz 960 4Gb 16GB ram is playing it at max however it occasionally stutters now and then not sure if thats a bug or my hardware but its there.

that 750ti you have is a very good card my last GPU was a 750ti SC 2GB version it played this game on high settings.
