Question Will this run autocad

So, I am in need of a good pc which can run AutoCAD. One of of team members is using auto cad for 3D and 2D designing and planning. I have made a list here, Can someone tell me if this is good because we are in need of a good pc because we have an important project coming up.

Any PC would run AutoCad it's just a matter of speed and time to calculate and to render. AutoCad is mostly single threaded application so single core/thread CPU performance is important.
Last project before I retired was started on AMD FX6350 and finished on Ryzen 1600x, there wasn't any remarkable improvement,only with 3D render.
