Go down to a i5 and bring the memory to 8 GB I also like Corsair ram better. I would also suggest going with a Asus Z87 PRO as it's better brand and is cheaper and still great. 850 watt is also overkill. The h100i is better for same price. To answer your question,yes.It will run on ultra at 50+ FPS,probably.Not sure if it coud push 60+.Maybe if you reduce a few settings(AA,HBAO).

But this build is not well planned out for purely gaming.It's not valu efficient.You can get the same performance for a lower cost if you were to change out some of your components.
