Screen: 1080p (I believe full res)

Some people are happy with 30fps others want 40fps and so on. FPS will go up as you lower the settings.

Your computer can run nearly any game. Which graphic settings and how many frames per second you get is the main difference.

It should be able to. For what setting it depends. Some people like solid 60 fps and some other willingly to sacrifice the fps for much better graphic. It should be able to run with high setting but idk what kind of frame rates/you will be getting

It is a decent mobile GPU, just look at the BF3 scores.
