Will this run GTA V?

Hello there! I'm in the market for a gaming PC and basically 500$ is my budget and my dad's buying it (Only on ebay sadly) I found this PC here, I want to know if it can run GTA and on what settings. Also, It would be nice to know if any parts are... Odd and if I need to upgrade them if needed.

The GT 740 is not going to give you the game play you want. Try to find a system with no less than a GTX 750 ti or R7 260X to play GTA V on low/medium settings.
