Will this run - is everything compatable?

Hi, I am building a pc to surf the net and play games (the most intensive one will be Dark Souls 3). I was wondering are these parts compatible (mainly CPU, GPU and motherboard) and will I be able to run Dark Souls 3 (min. settings, 40-60 fps).
NOTE: I am buying parts available to me, at my store and do not want anything more than Dark Souls 3, CS:GO, Hollow Knight and Dead Cells. Take in consideration that since this is for my budget and available parts about best I can do, I just want to see compatibility of parts and performance I can expect from this, not other configs.

GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 560 PULSE 2GB GDDR5 Dp, HDMI, DVI
RAM: Kingmax 1X8GB DDR4 2133
Hard Disk: Caviar Blue 1TB SATA 3

Motherboard: Asus H110M-A/M.2

OK, so will GA-B250M-DS3H suffice? And how about it's ability to run Dark Souls 3 on low settings (will it be better than 40 fps)?

You will be able to run it on low/mid settings around 60 fps
