No, it will work. Laptops are another story.
Worst case scenario, OP just uses W8.1 drivers from Asus, though i'm positive W10 will find better on it's own.

Choose "Catalyst Software Suite 15.7.1", no need to go for teh Crimson Beta as i presume you will nopt be gaming on this.

Figured as much. Install Win and teh drivers i linked and you'll be golden. W10 will get the rest.

Unless you're from Canada, it's $90 for teh OEM version. Though, it's true that a retail is better since you can move it to another computer.

How much ram you need depends on your browsing style. If you are a light user, you could get away with 4GB, but, considering teh prices today, i have a very hard time recommendind anything under 8. Just make sure teh Win you buy is 64bit.

well they give you up to 30 days to activate it with a key so you could just upgrade to it and try it for a few days to get a feel for it
