Will the Seasonic M12II-520 EVO Bronze (M12II-520 Bronze (SS-520GM2) be enough for my system?

i5-2500K 3.30GHz
Corsair 8gb ddr3
ASUS P8B75 Mobo (Honestly cant remember the exact model, just over 2 years old)
1x ssd drive, 3x sata drives
EVGA Nvidia GTX 770 SC ACX 2GB
SoundBlaster sound card
CM Trooper chassis (think 3x 120mm fans)

No overclocking except the gfx card factory oc.

I wanted the X-series 650 but there is no stock in our country except for the above mentioned PSU and the X-Series 750W Gold.

Either I get this budget psu and wait for stock, or get the X-Series 750W Gold now which is quite expensive and also a bit overkill I think.

Thanks

Solution
EVGA suggests a 600w psu with 42 +12v amps. The 550w Seasonic is a fine card but delivers only 40a.

I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

The X750 is as good as it gets and is not overkill. If your budget permits, buy it.
I bought the same unit years ago.

Yeah thought as much.
What would the recommended size be for this setup for best performance and efficiency?
Is the SeaSonic SS-750KM3 X750 good or overkill?
