Will this set-up work?

I have never built my own PC before - however I have always wanted to and now I finally have enough money (I have been saving up for a couple years) wanted to know if all these components would work together?

You don't need 32GB for gaming, and you don't need a sound card. Get a better PSU. Everything's compatible and its a solid build. Some modifications and you can get 780 Ti SLI:

Its also going to be used for After Effects and 3D Modelling and renders which are very ram intensive (hense the over kill amount of ram!)

Ok, included 32GB 2.4Ghz memory w/o tampering with performance too much, included R9 290X Tri X CFX (290X competes with 780 Ti and is better than 780):

Sorry didn't see the water coolant at the bottom of the list - however can I still use the initial case??

Sure you can keep your choice in the case, its a good case overall, just a bit overpriced, nevermind.
You'll need faster memory than 1600MHz, I'd always go with 2400MHz (I've them myself in my VFX rig).
Also, that PSU is godly but not really required, EVGA 1kW G2/P2 will be enough.

Yes it will fit nicely, what do you mean by PSU size? Didn't get it. You'll not need 1.5kW Titanium until you've like 4 way SLI of 780 Ti's which's nothing but waste of money.

I was meaning like dimensions - just giving an example making sure they would all fit

Thats what i meant thanks - also what monitors would you recommend, I was hoping for two 4k? but anything that can support 1080p and is between 20-27" is fine
