Hello guys, first of all sorry for my bad English. I have the following build:

CPU: Core i5 6500
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 3 rev 1.1
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1070 Xtreme Gaming
NVMe PCIe SSD: Corsair MP500 120Gb
SATA SSD: Kingston HyperX Fury 240 Gb
RAM: 8 Gb Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4

My questions are:

1 - Is the MP500 currently affecting the performance of my GPU due to the available pcie lanes in the cpu or chipset?

2- If i add a wireless pcie card adapter like for example the ASUS PCE-AC68, will it affect the performance of my MP500 or my GTX 1070, or i can do it without worries?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

Solution
Your PC currently has 16 PCI lanes from your processor and another 4 from the chipset. Your 20 lanes currently support 32GB/sec and you will not come close to saturating your bandwidth. Your PCIe devices can easily share lanes and you will not see a degradation in performance.
