[SOLVED] Will this setup fit my needs?

So a quick little bit of background information, I am a GFX Artist/Gamer/Video Editor/For Fun Streamer and I want my new rig to be able to do all of these things, and each one effectively, but I am on a budget. My budget is ~$1300, but I would love to keep it ~1000-1100.

Questions:

1. Will this setup be able to edit with Adobe AE 1080P@60fps well?
2. Will this setup be able to stream and play most games at the same time? - Clarification, not at ultra settings, I am pretty used to playing on low settings at 1080p.

I would get a better cooler than the 212. Get a Dark Rock or Noctua .
