I have an almost identical set up to yours and when I put the componants into a pc builder site it said 650 psu was more than enough and that was allowing for a sudden 10 % increase from games and things working away in the background.

Don't use the nvidea experience program as it chooses what it thinks you want , do manual driver updates then custom install and untick the experience tab , then go to add/remove to make sure it did not give it you anyway.

i already have the water cooler and graphics card just upgrading the rest of the parts cos my card has fried twice now and needs sending back to EVGA for an RMA again

I left alot of information out because im lazy asf. Needs to run at near 144Hz for my monitor at 1080p on most modern games.
