Those 3 parts will work together yes, but you need a lot more than just a CPU, motherboard, and Ram.

As long as you have a compatible case, psu, SSD/HDD CPU cooler and OS to install then yes.

Ok sounds like a good plan then. For that ram to work at full speed you need to turn on XMP in the BIOS.
