Hi there. I would like to know if this build will work? If there is any exceptions please do tell. Thanks. I'm open to suggestions.

I hope you are getting the 4770k, not 4770. I'd look into a different cooler.

Oh I don't wanna overclock. What kind of cooler exactly? Only the 1600.

It'll work. But I don't understand why you would want to spend so much money on a mobo if you don't overclock. The only other reason is that you want to have 2 or 3 GPUs. Is that the case?

Is this for you? I see that you have an i5 4430 which will not bottleneck,so why upgrading this?
If you still want hyper threading and don't mind not having an igp could you go for the next cpu,

With no overclocking is 750watts a bit much. Are you going for sli in the future?

im helping out a friend and yes he'll go SLI in this case. I'll choose the Z87 plus for the mobo.

No, this is for a friend im helping him out. Yes he's going SLI in the future thats why thats the mobo.

SLI still does not justify why you would choose that mobo. You can just cut the price in half and get an MSI micro ATX Z87 mobo, and pay few extra dollars for the 4770k instead.
