I have a dell xps 435 with a 0x501H motherboard. Is the GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card a good choice for an upgrade?

thank you both for your rapid responses. I think I'm able to go as high as $200.00 for this purchase. I see several versions of each of the amd cards mentioned here...is one any better than the other?
