Will this water cooler fit?

I am looking to buy CORSAIR H80i Water Cooler.
The case i own is the APEVIA X-TELSTAR.
The water coolers radiator is 120 x 152 x 38mm
My case has 120 mm fan spots.

Will I be able to mount this radiator to an existing fan port on my tower, or will I have to choose a different cooler solution (or drill holes in the aluminum case)?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The H80i should be able to mount where your rear exhaust fan is right now. Unless you just want water cooling, I'd recommend this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608018
It's cheaper and cools better than the H80i, it's more on par with a H100i but cheaper.

i looked at the Noctua, but I'm trying to keep noise down, as my GeForce 470 graphics card is pretty noisy.
So i was hoping the water cooling will output less noise than the Noctua at the same temp

The Noctua is actually very quiet, the H100i/H80i would be louder. If you replaced the fans on the radiator on it though, it would be quieter.
