Not guaranteed but this should give you a reasonable ideal of the frame rate that you can get. At 1080 on a normal monitor it will do everything you want it to do. Running on a tight budget get a good power supply and have reasonable performance expectations and you will be fine. If you are expecting to fully push a 144hz or 240hz monitor I would shell out the extra 300 bucks and wait for the 3070 but if you do that I would go to at least an 80+gold 750 watt power supply as well.

Will it work? Yes. However, that PSU is of questionable quality. I would suggest a better PSU, like from Seasonic or Corsair, if your budget can accommodate it.

Is your memory 1x8GB or 2x4GB (the second is better for performance)?
The memory is 1x8GB. I thought of getting 2x8GB of those.
And what if I change the power supply to Cooler Master MWE 550W?

Yeah maybe I'll wait for sometime now, in India the r5 3600 is approximately $290 right now. Maybe wait for the zen 3 CPUs, or any changes you would want in the above configuration? Thanks
