Hi all

I aim to build a small budget gaming pc for the living room to use instead of a console, and I can upgrade in the future

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/9YNnGG

Total budget is around £550 and I am still missing hhd, ssd and a couple of extra fans

Will it work? Anything I can improve staying within this budget? Are there any games that are off limits?

Thank you

It's best these days to have 16GB RAM in a dual channel kit. It's faster than single channel RAM and the modules in a kit are spec matched, which makes them work better together in dual channel. This is why it's better to start with a matched kit instead of adding a module later.

That case you speced only comes with one rear 120mm exhaust fan. I would add a 140mm for exhaust at the top, and three 120mm for intake at the front.
Thanks for the answers.
does it make sense having 6gb graphic card and 8gb ram?
Is 500w psu enough even if I want to upgrade in the future?
Also, how many additional case fans do I need?
Thank you in advance for all answers
