How does this look? Can someone recommend a good gpu for $200 or less to add to this setup? and/or changes.

Solution
You can get rid of that aftermarket CPU cooler since your processor is a non-K which means no overclocking, so you wouldn't need anything more than the stock cooler.
 


It really depends on the games you play and your budget. The 960 is a refresh model of the 660, offering relatively better performance, but for $200+ dollars I would go for the 660. The 960 will soon be an outdated card (prob. by next year) so stick with 660 for the time being.
 
a new 950 is maybe a better price/performance than a 960.
I see you don't have a GPU, is your total budget about 500 dollars?
