Will this work for pc gaming?

Sorry if i ask a lot of questions i just want my pc to be good but i was wondering if the kingston hyperx fury 8gb ddr3 1333mhz will work on the dell optiplex 790 sff if not can someone show me 8gb ram that will work on my pc? Also later ill replace the radeon hd 7570 but what should i replace it to i was thinking the low profile gtx 1050 but is there something cheaper or faster? One last thing will i be able to play games like fortnite (not with the gtx 1050 but with hd 7570 because i know the gtx 1050 will work) please anwser all three questions

HyperX Fury RAM is pretty good. I am running 16GB of it in my system and it works great. It is also the right speed for your system so you should be fine.

Onto the GTX 1050, it is a good card for the price that will play Fortnite pretty well. There isn't anything faster for the same price on the new card market, but you might be able to score an older card that is much faster for cheap. There was a guy I answered a question for earlier that found an RX 470 for $100 used somewhere, and that would be a vastly superior card to the GTX 1050.

Yes, your CPU with 8 GB of RAM and something like a 1050 will run Fortnite. You are probably looking at medium settings, I don't expect it to run well on high settings with that hardware though.
