Will this work in my pc?

So I have recently purchased this

And I was looking into a replacement graphics card for it. I was thinking about getting this.

Will it be alright in my pc? And from what I've heard it might not fit in my tower. Does anyone have any case recommendations if so?

Also what type of power supply would I need to run this

That video card is overkill for the A8 CPU, and pretty much guaranteed the power supply you have won't run it.
If you are going to be changing the case and buying a new power supply to use for the card, you should have started with a different system or just built your own. By the time you are done upgrading to run that video card you would have spend as much as you would have on a system with a faster CPU.

I'd just get the NVidia 750Ti, cheaper, lower power use, may not even need to change your power supply if it's about a 300 watt one, should fit in the case you have, and won't cause a bottleneck with the CPU.
